What Will a Chiropractic Visit Be Like?
You have made the choice to reach for optimum health and are awaiting your first chiropractic visit. This initial visit with the Chiropractor will include an evaluation of your past and current health condition(s), an X-ray of your neck area and spinal column, a hands-on examination of these areas (or other areas of pain or injury), a chirporactic adjustment, and recommendations for your individual follow-up treatment and care (the chiropractic regimen).
It is important to note that each individual, and each particular condition, will respond to chiropractic care differently. For this reason, following your initial consultation, examination, and adjustment, the Doctor will recommend a chiropractic regimen which is specific to your own personal needs.
Some patients introduced to chiropractic experience overall relief and improvement after only a few treatments. Other patients requiring chiropractic care have conditions which are severe or have developed over a period of time. For t hese patients, the healing process may take longer.
